1. Products will not be shipped until full payment is recieved and we have the right to cancel orders if payments cannot be collected.
2. Customers have the right to cancel provided the product has not been shipped or delivered.
3. A non refundable deposit for special orders may be required and customers are responsible for any costs incurred prior to cancellation.
4. Encore Chocolates will replace products found to be defective in manufacture if returned within 30 days of purchase but we are not responsible for product damage or spoilage during transit, shipping or storage.
5. Products are not guarenteed to be nut free since products containing nuts are manufactured in the same facility.
